Hong Kong Speed Post, Hong Kong Post (HK Post) Small Packet Unregistered/Registered, Hong Kong Post Parcel with Tracking Number
- Hong Kong Speed Post: The fastest, most reliable method. Features insurance and order tracking. Packages generally arrive within 3 days to one week worldwide.
- Hong Kong Post: Slower than Hong Kong Speed Post, HK Post shipments usually take around 11 days to 20 days to arrive your side by air mail. HK Post Small Packet has weight restrictions, the product weight cannot be over 2 Kg. HK Post Small Packet Registered features limited insurance. Unregistered HK Post Small Packet has neither. HK Post Parcel is more expensive than HK Post Small Packet, but for large shipments to certain areas (particularly North/South America and Europe) it can be the best choice.

For In-stock items, check out will show the shipping fee of your items or the product's description will show the shipping fee when you order it.
Shipping multiple items in the same package is more economical in most cases. Combined shipping of multiple items is possible as long as your ordered items are either
1) all already-in-stock items
If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, or several pre-order items whose release dates are scattered in different months, the order will be divided and quoted/shipped respectively.
- Conversely, more items can be added to your existing order, as long as your ordered items meet the conditions above. We will combine orders together as applicable.
*Return Policy*
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do not accept any RETURN, EXCHANGE and REFUND. Please consider carefully when you would like to purchase the items.
Payment Method :
*For international shipment: PayPal (some mature products cannot be payed for with PayPal nor be shipped internationally)
*For local shipment: Cash on Delivery
As long as you have a credit card, making a PayPal account is easy and free of charge.

For any support questions regarding Paypal's services please contact Paypal directly. We cannot provide information on types of cards/accounts that are useable, etc.
Placing Orders :
Combined shipping of multiple items is possible as long as your ordered items are either
1) All in-stock items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, or several pre-order items whose release dates are not in the same month, the order will be divided and quoted/shipped accordingly.
- Release dates of pre-order items are subject to change. In the event of a release date shift, if you have ordered several pre-order items for the same month, that order may be divided (quoted and shipped separately) by the months in which the items are scheduled for release.
- Conversely, items can be added to an existing order as long as your ordered items meet the conditions above. To do so, contact us by email and write "Combine this order with order No. *******."
*If you prefer a certain order be shipped alone (without being combined with other items), just contact us by email.
Payment Due :
Payment is due in full within seven (7) days from the date we invoice you (inform you of your grand total) by e-mail.
- For in-stock items, a combined order's payment due date is within seven days from our first invoice date, even if you placed an additional order after that.
Please do not send payment before we quote your grand total, even if you have ordered with us before and know our PayPal email address.
Payment deadlines cannot be extended.
Transaction Currency :
US Dollars or HK Dollars
You can pay us in US Dollars through PayPal just by selecting it in the payment screen.
PayPal will do the currency exchange and will later charge you in your currency.
Shipping Method :
We currently have one basic shipping company : Hong Kong Post Office
Damaged Product :
All products are inspected before shipment. Should a product arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced. Please, return the products to us in their original shipping box to allow us to investigate the damage and follow-up with Courier service. Customer should be responsible for return transaction payment.
